Welcome to DevRoster ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DevRoster platform, website, and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Developer Verification

DevRoster offers a platform for verified developer talent. While we strive to verify the skills and expertise of developers on our platform:

• We cannot guarantee the skills, performance, or reliability of any developer.
• Verification is based on multiple factors and may not be comprehensive or error-free.
• Dev Shops are primarily responsible for the accuracy of their developers' profiles.

Users should conduct their own due diligence when engaging with developers through our platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to disable any account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Dev Shop Responsibilities

If you register as a Dev Shop, you additionally agree to:

• Accurately represent your developers and their skills.
• Obtain consent from developers before adding them to the platform.
• Maintain up-to-date profiles for your developers.
• Provide honest and accurate ratings of developer skills.

Misrepresentation may result in removal from our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The DevRoster platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our platform without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevRoster, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
